This bicameral, bipartisan legislation to improve access to donor breast milk, combatting the infant formula shortage for American families across the country.
Washington, D.C. - Recently, Biden’s Environmental Protection Agency granted California a waiver to impose more stringent standards for motor vehicles. The state is now asking the EPA for a new waiver that would mandate that 100% of vehicles sold in the state must be zero emission vehicles by 2035. In response, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R.1435, the Preserving Choice in Vehicle Purchases Act.

Washington, D.C. — Representatives Stephanie Bice (OK-05) and Sara Jacobs (CA-51) reintroduced bipartisan legislation today to ensure oversight and accountability of privatized military housing to guarantee it’s safe and high-quality for service members and military families. The Military Housing Readiness Council Act would create a council to monitor the Department of Defense’s implementation of the tenants’ bill of rights and creation of a public complaint database and publicly report on all its activities.

Washington, D.C. - Congresswoman Stephanie Bice (OK-05) demanded the IRS give a full accounting of the $10 million it has spent on weapons, ammunition, and military-style gear since 2020. If the IRS refuses to respond, Bice says she will pursue further actions in the name of accountability. Congresswoman Bice also went on Fox Business with Maria Bartiromo to discuss her letter.
