Washington D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed the final four FY26 appropriations bills: Defense; Homeland; Labor, Health and Human Services, Education (LHHS); and Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD); and Homeland Security.
Washington, D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives voted to advance a package containing two additional Fiscal Year 2026 appropriations bills: the Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act (FSGG) and the National Security, Department of State, and Related Programs Appropriations Act (NSRP).

Washington D.C. – Today, the U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 909, the Crime Victims Fund Stabilization Act of 2025. This bill, which Congresswoman Bice is an original cosponsor of, redirects unobligated funds collected through the False Claims Act to the Crime Victims Fund through fiscal year 2029, stabilizing the Crime Victims fund during recent declines. This legislation removes uncertainty and ensures victim assistance programs have the support necessary to keep their operations running.

Washington, D.C – Today the House voted to advance a package containing three more appropriations bills, including the Commerce, Justice, Science, (CJS); Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act for the Fiscal Year 2026. This package continues the work of the Appropriations Committee as it seeks to get all twelve appropriations bills signed into law.

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for fiscal year 2026 ensures we have a ready, capable, and lethal fighting force to deter our adversaries. As we examine the actions that took place during Operation Absolute Resolve, it is imperative that our troops continue to have the resources they need to work across branches and undertake joint operations with upmost precision and effectiveness.

The bill updates the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), modernizing the federal permitting process to advance President Trump’s energy abundance agenda while continuing responsible environmental stewardship.
Washington, D.C.- Today, Congresswoman Stephanie Bice supported the Lower Health Care Premiums for All Americans Act. The bill lowers premium costs through cost-sharing reduction payments. It also expands access to Association Health Plans, allowing small business owners to come together and purchase affordable health coverage for their employees.
