Oklahoma City, OK – Congresswoman Bice (R-OK) and Senator Cruz (R-TX), introduced the Stop Illegal Reentry Act, also known as Kate’s Law. The bill would amend federal law to impose a mandatory minimum sentence of five years for an illegal alien who has multiple convictions, or a conviction for an aggravated felony.

This legislation ensures that infants who survive abortion attempts receive the same level of medical care as any other newborn. The bill, introduced by Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO), passed the House of Representatives.
