Bice joined Representatives Randy Feenstra (R-IA), & Marie Gluesenkamp Perez (D-WA) to lead in the introduction of the Paid Family and Medical Leave Tax Credit Extension and Enhancement Act. This bill will help small businesses offer paid family and medical leave (PFML) to their employees.

Washington, D.C. – Today, Congresswoman Bice issued the following statement after the House passed H.R. 27, the Halt All Lethal Trafficking (HALT) Fentanyl Act, a critical piece of legislation aimed at permanently classifying fentanyl-related substances as Schedule I drugs under the Controlled Substances Act. In 2024, 1,181,939 Fentanyl pills were seized in the region.

Washington, D.C.- Today, Congresswoman Bice was proud to join President Trump at the White House as he signed an executive order which protects safety, fairness, and dignity in women’s sports. This executive order upholds Title IX and keeps men out of women’s sports.

Oklahoma City, OK. – Recently, Congresswoman Stephanie Bice and Congresswoman ChrissyHoulahan reintroduced the Protecting Military Parental Leave Evaluations Act to establish clear policies across all branches of the military. Currently, parental leave policies vary from branch to branch of the military, and there is no universal framework for how long-term parental leave should be addressed in evaluations.

Oklahoma City, OK - Congresswoman Bice was thrilled to be appointed by Speaker Mike Johnson to serve on the Board of Visitors of the United States Military Academy at West Point on Monday. The Congresswoman and her fellow board members will examine the morale, discipline, curriculum, instruction, physical equipment, fiscal affairs, academic methods, and other matters related to the academy that the board decides to consider. The Board of Visitors is the governing body at West Point and was established in 1815.

Oklahoma City, OK – Congresswoman Bice (R-OK) and Senator Cruz (R-TX), introduced the Stop Illegal Reentry Act, also known as Kate’s Law. The bill would amend federal law to impose a mandatory minimum sentence of five years for an illegal alien who has multiple convictions, or a conviction for an aggravated felony.   

The bill was also co-sponsored by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-IA), Rick Scott (R-FL), James Lankford (R-OK), Ted Budd (R-NC), Pete Ricketts (R-NE), and Jim Justice (R-WV).

Washington, D.C. - Today, Congresswoman Bice proudly voted in favor of H.R. 21, a bill she cosponsors, the Born-Alive Abortion Survivors Protection Act. This legislation ensures that infants who survive abortion attempts receive the same level of medical care as any other newborn. The bill, introduced by Rep. Ann Wagner (R-MO), passed the House of Representatives.
