Bice Delivers Wins for Fifth Congressional District
Washington, D.C – Today the House voted to advance a package containing three more appropriations bills, including the Commerce, Justice, Science, (CJS); Energy and Water Development; and Interior and Environment Appropriations Act for the Fiscal Year 2026. This package continues the work of the Appropriations Committee as it seeks to get all twelve appropriations bills signed into law.
Congresswoman Bice issued the following statement:
“This responsible package delivers real results for Oklahoma and the American people. These bills bolster our nuclear defense systems, reinforce water infrastructure, and restore American energy dominance. It also helps fight against the scourge of fentanyl, provides funding for emergency weather services, defends the Second Amendment and supports law enforcement. These bills also eliminate wasteful Biden-era polices that have held our country back while advancing pro-growth initiatives. I was proud to support this package which delivers tangible wins for Oklahoma families and look forward to working with my colleagues to pass the rest of the appropriations bills.”
