Washington, D.C. — Congresswoman Stephanie Bice (OK-05) released the following statement after President Biden announced the cancellation of certain federal student loan debt.

Washington, D.C. — After watching the Netflix documentary, "Our Father," Congresswoman Stephanie Bice (R-OK) and Congresswoman Mikie Sherrill (D-NJ) introduced H.R. 8600, the Protecting Families from Fertility Fraud Act. This legislation would establish a new federal crime for knowingly misrepresenting the nature or source of DNA used in assisted reproductive procedures and other fertility treatments. This new crime sets a maximum prison sentence of 10 years and includes fines and mandatory restitution to victims.

This legislation raises taxes on corporations and American families, provides $80 billion to the IRS, and contains numerous green new deal provisions, while further hampering domestic oil and gas production.

Washington, D.C. — Representatives Stephanie Bice (OK-05), Sara Jacobs (CA-53), Katie Porter (CA-45), and Tim Ryan (OH-13) introduced bipartisan legislation to ensure oversight and accountability on safe housing conditions for service members and military families. The Military Housing Readiness Council Act would create a council comprised of Department of Defense (DoD) officials, service members, military families, and military housing experts to ensure ongoing oversight of deficiencies in privatized military housing.

Washington, D.C - Today, Rep. Stephanie Bice (R-OK) and Rep. Michael Waltz (R-FL) introduced the Save America’s Valuable Energy Act. This legislation ensures that crude from the Strategic Petroleum Reserve does not flow to companies that are headquartered in countries listed under the State Department’s Defense Trade Control Country Policies List, which includes: Belarus, Burma, China, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or Venezuela. In addition, this legislation prevents the sale of crude from the SPR to entities headquartered in Russia. This comes after the U.S.
