Bice Supports Final Four Appropriations Bills
Washington D.C. – Today, the House of Representatives passed the final four FY26 appropriations bills: Defense; Homeland; Labor, Health and Human Services, Education (LHHS); and Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development (THUD); and Homeland Security.
Congresswoman Bice issued the following statement:
“The appropriations bills passed by the House deliver results for Oklahoma and communities across the country. Importantly, they strengthen American military superiority and fund the E-7 wedgetail program at Tinker AFB. Provisions in the bill end open border policies of the Biden-era, champion measures to make America healthier, and allow our nation to build stronger, travel safer, and support future growth. As Vice Chair of the Appropriations Subcommittee on Transportation, Housing, and Urban Development, I’m particularly proud of the portion that modernizes our transportation infrastructure by improving aviation safety, strengthening transit systems, and supporting local economic development. Chairman Tom Cole deserves tremendous credit for fighting to get all twelve appropriations bills passed by the House. Mr. Cole and the entire Appropriations Committee have delivered on their commitment to reduce spending, deliver wins for our constituents, and codify the priorities of the Trump Administration.”
